e The papers I used on today's card are from
Urban Grunge and
PoppyMoon on Etsy. I am moving toward digital papers and stamps, partly because my craft room is also the guest bedroom, so I don't have a lot of storage. I also have a slight tremor that requires me to use the SU Stamparatus, so digital is quicker. An image is an image after all. Today's image and sentiment are from a set called Coffee and Love from
Glaciellie Design. The sketch is the
Tuesday Morning Sketches for this week. I also am participating for the first time at
Just Us Girls #613 Word Week "Beverage." I wanted to get away from all frilly for this card and it turned out to be a bit challenging try to blend the water color pencils to get shades that were compatible with the paper I had chosen...All in all I like the way it turned out! When I enlarged the photo of my card, I could see that my reflection appears in two of the sequins. LOL. Thanks for stopping by. Kathy
Beautiful papers and card! Love the added florals too! Thanks for playing along at Just Us Girls for Word Week!

DeleteNot everyone can pull off grunge but you certainly did!!! I love the colors and the added flower accent on the cup sleeve! Thanks so much for creating with us this week at Tuesday Morning Sketches!!
ReplyDeleteThank you Patti, but I must confess that the digital stamp from Glaciellie includes the floral piece to the side...I did print it twice and popped it up to add dimension. But again thank you for such encouragement!
DeleteThe neutral background looks terrific for your coffee card. So glad you joined us this week at Tuesday Morning Sketches.
