Christmas card-Marianne Designs Challenge Blog...

I wanted to get these 2 cards linked to Marianne Designs Challenge Blog (new to me) before the linky tool expired....I will be back later to elaborate more on my thought processes.    So be sure and come back later!  The first card with the girl carrying a reindeer on her back is my entry for this challenge.   The card below was just another one I made to use the downloaded paper and image.    I had trouble with the Challenge "Expectations since the translation to English was a little confusing for me.    However since I plan to start participating at this challenge blog,   I downloaded background papers and images from the free downloads, until I can find the best way to purchase Marianne Design stamps and papers.   If anyone knows of a place in the US that sells her products, please share who and where with me.   I know that Buddly Crafts in England carries her line.   I have not ordered anything to come in the mail from them...but I have bought digital images and sets from their store.

For those of you who have left comments thank you.   I really need to know what the challenge expectations are,   mainly what portions must be Marianne Designs.   So thank you to all who will share what you know with me!   Thanks for stopping in!           Smiles,   Kathy

  1. Hi, you made a nice card but I would ask you to make a list of the products that are used on ONE card. It's not allowed to send 2 cards in for our challenge.
    Thanks in advance

    Best Regards

    1. Thank you for sharing such helpful information with me...if I need to I can delete the 2nd card from the post. I wanted to get started and as soon as I figure the best way to purchase Marriane Design products I will be able to be more creative!

  3. Kathy, your cards are both stunning! I love your take on the sketch for both of them and I really adore your image at the top with that sweet girl with the special bag over her shoulder! I've not bought anything from this company, but the images sure look so cute! It's really nice to find some papers that you can download to use over and over again as well! They work great with your images! Thanks for sharing your inspiration friend!

  4. A pair of delightful cards Kathy - both images are so sweet and you have mounted them beautifully, and the detailing in the finish on both cards complements the images perfectly
